2. Services Offered
2.1 Website Design

Homepage Layout Design:
- Setup Fee: $30–$50 (non-refundable).
- Includes up to 5 revisions on the layout or 2 full layout redesigns if unsatisfactory.
- Once confirmed, any changes to the entire design during the project will incur additional charges.
- Additional fees will include billing for work completed, a revised scope of work, and a new project deadline.

Full Website Development:
- Requires a 50% non-refundable advance after approval of the homepage layout.
- Delivered as per the package selected on our website packages page.
- Includes up to 5 revisions on the final website. Additional revisions will be chargeable.

Delivery Timeframe:
- Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays or project complexity. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Post-Delivery Revisions:
- Clients may request changes within 1 month of project delivery. After this period, only technical support will be provided.
- Any further changes will be chargeable.

Renewals:
- Monthly renewal: $15/month.
- Annual renewal: $150/year.

Domain Transfers:
- An administrative fee of $30 will be charged for domain transfers.

Website Backups:
- One-time backup: Free.
- Additional backups: $50 per request.
2.2 Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- All SEO payments must be made in advance.
- SEO results, including sales or performance, are not guaranteed, as success also depends on the client’s customer-handling skills.
- SEO payments are non-refundable.
3. Payment Terms
- All payments for setup fees, website advances, and SEO services are non-refundable.
- Customers are liable for any additional charges incurred due to revisions, design changes, or added scope of work.
4. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Setup fees.
- Advance payments for website design.
- Delays caused by public holidays or project complexity.
- SEO services.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide timely feedback during the design and development process to ensure efficient delivery.
- Changes to the approved homepage layout or project scope will result in additional charges.
6. Technical Support
- IT Arrow Technologies LLC provides ongoing technical support for websites under active renewal plans.
- Website changes beyond the 1-month post-delivery period will incur charges based on the nature and scope of changes.
7. Liability
- IT Arrow Technologies LLC is not liable for losses, damages, or sales declines resulting from delays, client actions, or external factors.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
